Saxelby Sports Horses are breeders of premium warmblood foals intended to make top-quality competition horses of the future.

We are a small, home-based stud in rural Nottinghamshire, close to Sutton-on-Trent. We aim to make a small but significant contribution to British breeding by offering quality youngstock for sale to competition and pleasure homes. 

We have an exceptional herd of broodmares that have been hand-picked for their talent, looks and bloodlines. We use semen from elite competition stallions worldwide, including grade A showjumpers, Grand Prix dressage stallions, advanced eventers and up-and-coming competition stars.

Our foals are very well handled from birth and are reared in a one-to-one, family environment. With proven competition pedigrees and experienced handling from the start, they have the potential to compete at any level.
